    Everyone needs some type of therapy, but not everyone can afford it. Most people however, can afford a gym membership, and like me (the founder), that's therapy enough for you. The feeling of tuning the world out. You put on your best playlist, pick up some weight, and sweat out all the things that bother you in life. Sometimes, all a person needs is someone, or somthing to talk to, and the weight listens. It doesn't interrupt, it doesn't try and out do you, it just listens and helps you. 

    That's why I made Iron Therapy. To help and promote helping people with mental/life challenges through physical work. Iron Therapy donates a portion of proceeds to charities and organizations that help provide free therapy as well as donations to gyms that offer low rates for teens and students.
